iPhone 4GS Sunset

I’ve never been able to figure out exactly how pointing an iPhone directly at the sun could create such a beautiful picture of the sky. It has to have something to do with the way the camera processes the image and adjusts the contrast to make it clear. Whatever it is, I love it and I often find myself driving with my knee as soon as the sun gets close to the trees.
